Do I need an active Florida real estate license?
An active Florida license is required to start producing. If you're pre-license, we'll guide you through the path and connect you with approved schools.
Are there monthly desk or technology fees?
No monthly desk fees. Primus AI, CRM, listing tools, and TC support are included in your standard split.
Can I bring my existing pipeline?
Yes. Active deals transfer cleanly. We'll help you migrate contacts, listings, and contracts during your first week.
Is there a minimum production requirement?
We don't enforce a minimum, but we expect agents to engage with mentorship and training. Underproduction is a coaching conversation — not a termination trigger.
What happens after I submit the application?
A managing broker reviews every application personally and reaches out within one business day to schedule a confidential call.
Do you support commercial agents?
